The south-facing location means you’ll soak up plenty of sun, and you can even catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled with a new vanity, a glass tile backsplash, and stone-look tile. The floors are made of wood-look porcelain throughout the condo. The living area has a cozy sectional double sofa bed that’s perfect for relaxing.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.
You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach.
