Positive: Good location, good staff, room was as advertised with AC, fridge, toiletries, breakfast brought to your room.

Negative: Only minor issue. A little bit more customer attention needed. After check in, had to call reception to ask for WiFi code, how to turn on AC. We were not told how to turn on water heater to get hot water
