Center your travels at this stylish 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 story townhome. The great room style living area has counter dining and exits to a small backyard with an outdoor shower. A curved driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles and houses the gas BBQ grill, double chaise lounger, and Adirondack chairs. Upstairs both bedrooms have a shared balcony that is perfect for watching the occasional space launch.

This duplex was completely renovated and is now ready to share its great location to all things Cape Canaveral. Well situated in a residential neighborhood, this unit is part of a duplex on a corner lot and really gives you the home away from home feeling. The clean beach colors of white and teal on the exterior make this a cheerful place to be as you explore the Space Coast.
New luxury wood vinyl flooring is in the living space on the bottom floor, and carpeting up the stairs, hallway, and bedrooms. New vinyl windows with adjustable slat blinds, and a slider window to the backyard, and east facing upstairs sliders with adjustable vertical blinds, are surrounded by fresh white walls. A new A/C system, and new furnishings and appliances, will make you feel like you're staying in a model home.
A generous lawn area at the front makes a great place for children to run and burn off energy, and a small backyard with an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. The curved driveway can easily accommodate 2-3 vehicles. The BBQ (per fire ordinance), sits away from the building on the long driveway adjacent to the lawn. Next to that we have 2 Adirondack chairs and a double chaise lounger.
We thought of everything to accommodate from the morning to the evening. Our goal is to have whatever you don't want to pack that takes up precious suitcase space. So bulky robes, beach towels, fill that suitcase with souvenirs instead! Below sorted by the room/area is a list so you know exactly what to expect:

THE GREAT ROOM AREA:
As you walk into the home from the driveway entrance or the front door, you will see the great room style living area with half bathroom.
* Credenza bookshelf.
* 50" TCL Roku TV (brand new) with all the typical streaming services. The TV is configured to the Wifi we have included in your accommodations. Please use the streaming apps to connect to your own subscriptions of Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, or Disney + to name a few. Just remember to log out of the apps before you checkout. If you have a TV cable subscription from home, you can use the TV's embedded apps to watch shows, movies, sports, news, etc by accessing through your home's TV service. Tip: Before you leave home, make sure you know your TV subscription's login credentials. If you're a streamer, then make sure you bring along your login credentials (to the apps listed above) that you may have forgotten by now.

TWIN BEDROOM:
The first room you come to at the top of the stairs to your left is the twin bedroom with two new twin beds. It has a sliding door style closet. The space is equipped as follows:

* Hanging system for folded clothes storage and we supplied you non slip hangers.
* Bedside nightstand sits between the two beds and has two moving levels so that either side can have their own table top. Has a table lamp.
* A new 42" Westinghouse Roku TV.
* Vertical blinds over the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony (great for watching launches without driving anywhere)

QUEEN BEDROOM:
To the left of the bathroom is the queen room that has a sliding door style closet. The space is equipped as follows:

* (2) Bedside nightstands with a table lamp, and a ring holder.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM:
As you walk up the stairwell, at the end of the hallway in front of you is the full bathroom with shower over tub with a modern tiled enclosure. The renovated bathroom also has all new fixtures and finishes, spa like fabric shower curtain, and bath mat.
* Some starter toiletries, suntan lotion, insect repellent, etc.
* Hairdryer
* Lint roller, makeup mirror, emory boards, hair ties, facial masks
* Medicine cabinet
* Toilet paper refills and bowl cleaner, cleaning wipes
* Toilet brush and small wastebasket, hand soap, and Kleenex
* Bath towels are rolled and in a wall basket. You may freshen in the washer/dryer on the main floor.
Note: Once the starter products we supply you run out, it is guest's responsibility to refill for the rest of their stay.
THE KITCHEN:
It's very adequately stocked with everything for basic meal prep, food storage, and serving trays for a small dinner party. Included:
* Under sink trash can
* Stainless steel electric stove/self cleaning oven and venting hood over it. We have lined the oven with a silicone mat to keep the oven clean, and placed burner covers over the burners to create clean places to set things down.
* In the freezer area we have two acrylic insulated mugs for your instantly cold beers/beverages. We have ice trays, blue ice paks for the cooler, and a cold gel compress for injuries or bad headaches. We even have the freezer cubes to put in drinks that don't melt and dilute your drink. We thought of it all.
* Utensil holder with all the things. you could possibly want to prepare a step-up-from-basic meal (i.e. zester, avocado slicer, basting brush, meat fork, pasta spoon, mixing spoons, spatula, tongs, cheese grater, etc.). We have a meat thermometer.
* Starter cooking supplies such as a small oil for cooking, salt & pepper, and cooking spray in the cupboard.
* Baking sheet, a round pizza pan (and a pizza slicer to go with it), a square pan, a loaf pan, and a few disposable foil pans and roasting pan are in the drawer section of the oven
* Broiler pan, new frying/saute pans, and pots with lids, muffin pan.
* 9x13 pyrex casserole dish.
* Smaller acrylic cutting board and a large acrylic 'mote' cutting board for cutting juicy items. We have steak knives, two paring knives, kitchen scissors.
* To preserve counter space we installed a brand new 3 in 1 countertop air fryer, convection oven, with microwave function. It looks like a toaster oven in size, but is packed with function so you can make toast, air fry healthy meals and reheat take out you bring home.
* Silicon hot mitts, kitchen towels, and a silicon oven mitt that doubles as a trivet.
* Next to the double stainless sink is a dish drainer over a drying mat (no dishwasher)
* Dual coffee maker where one side is a drip system for the larger groups, and the other side is a K-cup single serve for those who want to make just one cup (either a K-cup container or brew your one cup using a different insert). The coffee maker sits on top of a K-cup organizer where we provide you a range of different coffees (including decaf) and teas. We supply fresh ground coffee and reusable k-cups. So if you're a coffee connoisseur and love to bring your own, we got ya covered. We also have a variety of individual sugar packs and powdered coffee creamer.
* Acrylic serving trays and a round one to use as a cake platter, wine opener, and popcorn containers for movie nights.
* Glassware ranges from juice glass size, to tumbler size, and stemless wine glasses. We have coffee mugs, To-Go travel tumblers w/lids, and silicone cups for use out on the beach or on the balcony. We even supplied shot glasses and individual dipping bowls. Note: Sandbar mugs get you discount drinks at the Sandbar Sports Grill, Cocoa Beach
* Silverware is stainless service for 6. And there is a pie server, serving ladle.
* Dinner & salad plates are ceramic and bowls for soups, cereal, etc, service for 6. We also have supplied paper napkins.
* Salad bowl and plastic serving tongs and a divided serving platter for dip & chips/vegetables.
* Toothpicks, chip bag clips, and corn on the cob holders and a butter dish
* If you like to make your own ice tea, we have a pitcher.
* For smoothies, margaritas and the like, there is a brand new blender
* For meal prep, we have nested glass bowls, colander, a liquid measuring cup, and baking measuring cups w/measuring spoons.
* But what if you hate to wash dishes you ask, or something you can take to the beach or out to the backyard or up to the balcony, well we have thought of that too....paper plates (the sturdy ones), paper napkins & disposable forks/knives/spoons.
