It is approximately bounded by GRAND AVENUE on the north, Ashland Avenue on the west, the EISENHOWER EXPRESSWAY on the south, and the Chicago River on the east. Popular restaurants line RANDOLPH STREET, including Girl and the Goat by STEPHANIE IZARD, and Leña Brava by RICK BAYLESS. The area has experienced rapid GENTRIFICATION.A former manufacturing and warehousing area, many of the buildings have been converted to loft condominiums, restaurants, bars, and art galleries. OPRAH WINFREY's HARPO STUDIOS were located on Randolph Street, and the site is currently under construction to be the corporate headquarters of MCDONALD'S. SOHO HOUSE was one of the first boutique hotels in West Loop, and ACE HOTELS followed in 2017. Retailers in West Loop include MARIA PINTO, BILLY REID, FREE PEOPLE, and AESOP.

We are located on the border of "the hip West Loop which is now a dining and nightlife hotspot. Inventive New American and global eateries line Restaurant Row, and the French Market food hall hosts local vendors. The grand Union Station, built in 1925, is an iconic beaux arts rail hub.

We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

The air conditioning is activated during the warmer months, and the heating is turned on during the colder months, based on seasonal weather conditions.
