Positive: Jerzy was extremely sweet and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. We will definitely be coming back to stay when we're in the area! We originally had made reservations for two nights, each in a different room as there were no rooms available for two consecutive nights, but when we arrived to check in Jerzy noticed this and without us even asking managed to organise things so that we were able to stay in the same room for both nights. The location is great... close enough to areas of interest... but without being too close ;))) We were offered bikes for free ... or electric bikes at a reasonable price.... which we used extensively to go around the lake and explore the wonderful bike paths and natural marvels of the area... many of which are located within a short bike ride from the house. There is an excellent restaurant just down the street and a small shop a few minutes walk aways. As well as a Lidl and other options a bit further. Bottom line .... If you're uptight and need to be treated like royalty this may be a good option for you.... But if you're down to earth people who want to feel at home and be treated like family, this is definitely the place for you.
