The spacious 120 m2 wooden terrace is perfect for sunbathing on the two double sun loungers. Inside, the house offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a TV in one, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a TV. The large, open kitchen/family room is ideal for socializing, with a dining area for 12 people and a cozy sofa area with a TV and fan heater. The house has two modern bathrooms with toilets and underfloor heating, one of which is also equipped with a washing machine. In addition, there is a cozy annex with room for six people in a double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed, making it ideal for two families. As an added bonus, you can enjoy your own private lake with a small boat for relaxing mini fishing trips. For those who love the outdoors, there is a shelter where you can spend the night or enjoy cozy evenings around the campfire. Please note that the pool can only be used from June to August.
