Positive: my room had a beautiful view, the location is good. Everything is uncomplicated and went well.
Negative: The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping policy. There is no housekeeping unless you pay an additional €50, and it is only included for stays of seven nights or more. This is not mentioned on Booking.com or at check-in. At around €120 per night, I find this unacceptable and have never experienced this before. The hotel is quite poorly soundproofed, the duvet was too thin for a comfortable night, and the toiletries provided (shampoo and shower gel) were of rather poor quality. Communication in English at reception could also be better.
