This breathtaking beachfront escape offers epic views in a fantastic setting that you won't soon forget. The expansive private deck offers the views, seating, and the hot tub where you can enjoy the sights of the ocean waves, soft sand, and the countless wildlife that live up and down the coast.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home boasts a spacious layout. The main level features an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level offers a complete kitchen, all accentuated by vaulted ceilings and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.
Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.
There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Summary: We had a group of 8 people and the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The house is adorably decorated, immaculately cleaned, and has beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and the main town is within walking distance. The communication with iTrip was always responsive, we even saw Sheryl several times in person and she was always pleasant and helpful. Our overall experience was positive, but it wasn't without drawbacks. Although it is beachfront, there is no actual beach access from the property. So the location description of "steps to the ocean beaches" was a little disappointing for us. While we appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the cleaners were behind schedule and went past our check in time. Hours before check in, we were notified that the dryer and dish washer were out of order. A portion of the deck broke and caved in while we were sitting on it. We were looking forward to sitting around the fire table on the deck, but it did not work, even with the assistance of iTrip employees. There was also a propane fire pit in the yard that was not functional. When we inquired about using it, we were told it was new and not finished yet. The thermostat in the dining room is broken and just falls off when touched. We required assistance enough times that we delt with Chris, Victor, Mike, Recca, Ethan, and Sheryl. Sometimes receiving conflicting information. The property has real potential if they fix some issues, but we would probably not stay here again.
