This three bedroom, two bath renovated beach home boasts modern furnishings throughout (2023), a private in-ground saltwater pool, beautiful LVP flooring, updated kitchen cabinetry and countertops, and renovated bathrooms. Only a 1/2 block to the nearest beach access, this home is the perfect spot for your family and friends to kick back and vacation with ease.
'Beach, Please!' has thought of it all! The beach vibe welcomes you as soon as you step onto the large screened front porch, offering comfortable seating for the whole group to escape from the sun. Along the back of the home, an outdoor oasis awaits. Complete with a private saltwater pool, small putting turf, and spacious elevated deck. Cool off in the pool, grill on the gas grill, dine poolside, or enjoy an evening cocktail next to the gas fire table.
Yes, it gets even better, guests are welcome to bring their dog for a nonrefundable pet fee of $250/dog (2 MAX).
*Caution for Dog owners: Fenced yard has sections where a dog could slip through if unleashed.*
