This 1920 country cottage has been updated and ready for enjoyment! This cottage sits on 30 acres of land and is 22 minutes from downtown Asheville. If your looking for peace and quiet with accessibility to Asheville, the Morgan House will be perfect! You get the best of both worlds! The cottage has been recently updated. We are pet friendly with a deposit and a required cleaning fee.
We have a sister house just 1/4 mile away on the same street.(Bud Springs Cottage, #764560)

Summary: overall the house was decent. The distance to everything is great. We liked the location of the house. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very friendly. Overall the house is older,which is ok,but the sofas and the bedding needs to be updated. The bedding and sofa fabrics just didn't feel fresh. I didn't feel very comfortable sleeping on them. The driveway was another major problem. We struggled to drive our sedan up the steep gravel driveway. Several times my husband had to get out and try to move the gravel around so the car could drive up. This needs to be fixed or changed somehow.
