Summary: This is in a safe area near Old Sacramento and downtown locations. There is some traffic noise, and there was some hammering at 8:30 AM Sunday which subsided after about ten minutes. Their breakfast needs work. Cupcakes, bagels, butter and jam. Coffee is good. The staff was friendly. It's a good option for the price, but with a few minor changes it could be a great option.
