Positive: We loved the pool - a good plunge pool for keeping cool. The villa was scrupulously clean and well equiped - nespresso, pans, knives, washing machine, doshwasher and drying rack for clothes (10 mins outside). Our older teen loved the gym equipment. We travelled with two teens who like their own space and the owners were very accommodating, one slept on a v comfy bed in the sitting room (the room with AC) and the other had a double room with fan. Its worth mentioning that we were visiting Croatia in an August weather. Others have flagged that the only AC is in the sitting room but the villa is cool, the shutters were closed and we had fans in both bedrooms which was fab. The third room is the gym, so our eldest teen used that as a changing room whilst sleeping in the sitting room. Its a 45 min drive to either Split or Omis for acces to beaches. Klis fortress is interesting too (about 35 mins). There are lots of shops within a 5/10 min drive in Trilj and larger hypermarkets 20 mins away in Sinj.
Negative: The only slight flag which others have mentioned is the shower head over the bath - theres no option to have a standing shower.
Summary: Super week - extra flexibility if you need 3 bedrooms
