Positive: Ok, so this place is just fabulous. First of all it's huge...the house is extremely well equipped, modern and very welcoming. It could easily fit 6 guests. Second of all, the yard...gigantic, with a superb pool and surrounded by nature (i think we even saw some flying foxes in the night, but up in the trees). We had an amazing time there...the only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
Negative: Could be difficult to find without a car or calling first, but it's a minor issue and in a few minutes it'll get solved.
