It features a very well kept and private garden with a big swimming pool, two showers, a solarium deck, Bbq and pizza oven, an outside dining area, ping pong and Fussball tables. Plenty of seats under the shadow of the porch.
Spa
The Villa has a wellness room with a Jacuzzi, a Swedish sauna, a shower, and a small gymnasium.
Bedrooms And Additional Beds
The apartment has 4 large double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Each room has a TV set and it features either a walk-in closet or a large wardrobe.
2 Regular foldable beds, 2 umbrella beds and/or 2 cribs can be provided upon request.
In the huge living room, besides a home cinema TV set with satellite channels, there a cozy sofabed for up to 2 adults.

The wide kitchen is fully equipped with everything even a professional chef would need to cook fabulous meals - stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee brewers and espresso machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, food processors... - but no worries, restaurants are just around the corner!
A washing machine is available in the half bathroom connected to the living/dining room.
Guests will be able to enjoy of the whole property. There is no shared space although I live just upstairs.

Right on our hill, there are many trails on " the Wine Route ", named after its numerous vineyards and farms that produce wine.
Villa Lory is the ideal base for visiting some of the most important art towns: Lucca is just 13 Km. away, Pisa at 37 Km Montecatini Terme at 22Km. and the Versilia coast (Viareggio) at 38Km. Florence at 55 Km.
Within easy reach are the baths of Montecatini and Bagni di Lucca Villa appreciated by experts for thermal water quality.
Supermarkets and newsstands are 5 minutes’ drive from the house.
In the nearby area, there are local shops and excellent typical restaurants.
Near the house, there is a bus stop to go into town but we recommend having a car if you'd like to explore around.
