Positive: 1)the pool/bbq area were great, beautiful ocean views 2)house was well equipped and tastefully decorated 3)the caretaker is nice friendly and helpful chap 4) owner replies quickly
Negative: 1) no access to all bedrooms. only 3 out of the 4 bedrooms had bedsheets. asked for bedsheets for the 4th bedroom as was asked by the owner “Beds were made according to number of people. has your party size increase? 4 adults + 2 kids so beds were made accordingly”, I explained that my Kids actually sleep in separate rooms at home, owner suggested “my cleaning team asked if you could simply move sheets from one bedroom to the other” this was really annoying as if I wanted a 3 bedroom house I could have saved myself some pennies. after a few exchanges a lady came to the house to had us over the sheets 2) sewage smell from the downstairs service bathroom, as per previous reviews 3) house was clean on the surface but cobwebs throughout 4) no spare bedsheets, towels or toilet paper 5) owner is quite blunt and we got the impression she sent the caretaker to show up announced to check if we had more people in the house that stated; could be wrong but it felt odd
