environ 65 m² avec un grand canapé d'angle, une grande table à manger
pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes, un coin bureau et une télévision à
écran plat avec accès à Canal+,
Netflix, Disney+ et Prime Video.

Composé d'un mobilier haut de
gamme, elle est totalement équipée (double réfrigérateur, four,
micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, plaques à
induction, hotte, rangements) avec un espace repas (4 places). Chambres :
- 1 chambre parentale de 22 m² au RDC avec un lit king-size 180cm (matelas 25 cm), TV et une salle d'eau (douche)

1 chambre parentale de 27 m² à l'étage avec un lit queen-size 160cm
(matelas 25 cm), un lit simple 90cm et une salle d'eau (douche)
- 1 chambre de 16 m² à l'étage avec un lit queen-size 160cm (matelas 25 cm), TV et un lit bébé
- 1 chambre de 14 m² à l'étage avec un lit double 140cm (matelas 25 cm).

- 2 salles d'eau (douche) sont présentes dans 2 chambres parentales
- 1 grande salle de bain en commun (douche + baignoire balnéo) est aussi à disposition

A l'étage, vous pourrez

présent pour des moments conviviaux.

Le SPA est ouvert de mai à septembre pour des moments de détente inoubliables.

Le linge de lit et des serviettes de bain de qualité sont fournis pour tous les voyageurs,

Nos amis les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas acceptés dans notre demeure.
Attention, s'agissant de notre maison principale située dans
un quartier très calme, les fêtes sont strictement interdites (pas
d'EVG, EVJF, etc).
NOTE IMPORTANTE: le logement sera partiellement partagé car les propriétaires séjourneront dans le gite (totalement séparé), au-dessus du garage. Cependant, votre logement sera entièrement indépendant et bien isolé phoniquement.
