Positive: Fantastic location with outstanding view. Spacious house with large garden. Just a few minutes walk from central Otricoli. Great pool with total privacy. Owners responsive during the stay. Huge parking area.
Negative: Lights that could not be turned off in the bedrooms. Very disturbing and negatively affected sleep. Hard beds. Dusty and dirty in some hidden places. Water leaked out from the shower cabin on two occasions. Few wine glasses. Claudia was very helpful but better to have someone who speaks several different languages.
