Positive: Location perfect Away from hustle n bustle but near enough to walk too Short walk to either Aldi turn right out of gate or Lidl turn left! Fantastic views over the lake Nice neighbourhood We found a lovely village shop in Ortenbach which we used They had everything you needed and open on a Sunday bout 12min walk We also found a trolly bag in garage which we used for shopping! Perfect for carrying water beer etc The villa was immaculate Good size for us 4 adults Had great beds if you had kids with you Bathrooms spotless as was the kitchen which had everything you needed Pool area large lots of room and sunbeds found in garage Pool and garden lovely and clean The walk to the beach was about 13mins Nice restaurants and bars Beachs beautiful but we spent most our time at the villa in the pool Walking to the front most evening's and later sat on terrace watching lfach TV was OK but we mostly had the radio on Would definitely go back to this villa if we go back to Calpe again Simone who l dealt with was very nice and very very helpful
Negative: Paying for Air-conditioning They need to have mosquito nets on all windows so you can take advantage of the breeze that blows through the villa We had to keep some closed which was such a shame and would save using air-conditioning which you have to pay for We didn’t use it Use plenty mosquito spray if you do open all the windows
