Positive: Super base for families, spacious, clean and a beautiful patio and garden. Very friendly host, couldn’t have made us feel more at home. Location is good, you’d need a car. But perfect base to explore Lucca, hit Tuscan hills or even sneak in an afternoon at the beach. Our kids loved it, and so did we.

Negative: Nothing, some mosquitos around - but this time of year they’re all around the area and the host had left a bunch of coils etc around.
