Biggest most amazing Ocean view from the living room and porch. You can see 50 miles of coast all the way to Jaco, and can see boats 25 miles out to sea. Big porch with outdoor dining. It feels like you can see the whole Pacific. Maybe one of the nicest views in Manuel Antonio!
We are located in a small gated community with 3 other houses. There is a very secure parking lot with a night guard to watch the cars. Daily Housekeeping. This is located on the main road between Quepos to Manuel Antonio so there is a little road noise. You will also have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking to the house. But it's worth it for the most AMAZING view in Manuel Antonio.

Summary: The view from the balcony and pool is spectacular. The house/apartment is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and basic cooking supplies are provided (salt, sugar, oil, coffee). We got to see monkeys and a few birds on the balcony during our visit which was really nice for the kids. The pool was really nice. There is ample shaded parking as well as a watchman at night. We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. Jordan is very responsive. The internet didn’t work for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. The water pressure was incredibly slow during 2 out of 3 days of our stay. After beach days, not being able to shower quickly became a big hassle with young kids. The laundry machines are located outside by the car parking area in a shed with no lights. Overall, a nice place with an incredible view- with few issues which may not be big deal for folks without kids.
