Summary: The usable space and layout of the house is very good. The pool and view of the river is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with essential items. It does lack some basic maintenance. Landscaping was not inviting. The house has an issue with sugar ants, in the dining room, kitchen and one of the ground floor bedrooms. The towels are very ample in quantity but could use a refresh with newer items. Some of the pillows are sour and the rugs in the master bathroom are very dirty. We enjoyed our stay overall but some of the details are lacking.
