Positive: First if all, much thanks to our villa manager Maha and “Team Maha”. Professional and always smiling. Incredible place and excellent staff. - facility is exactly like the picture. Overall, very clean - Service request was accepted and resolved incredible fast. I thought the team is waiting outside the villa!! - pool is clean and calm. - No construction noise when we stayed - Room is very nice and big. Bed wide is at least 180CM and comfortable soft. Air conditioner works well. Do need to the remote controller a bit close to the air conditioner sensor, within 1.5 meter. - curtain has 100% black screen function. - power room is big and comfortable. - bathroom is comfortable. There are full amenities except personal soap or foam cleanser. Bring your own. Everyday two new bath, hand and face towels as well as beach towels provided. Water for mouth wash provided by the staff - living room is very comfortable and wide. - kitchen has full tools. There is a rice cooker and toaster. Everyday new purified water tank provided. - pool bed cushion and pad is very comfortable and sun shade is working very nice. - there’s no buildings or artificial features in front of the villa and all nature. Very nice view with appropriate privacy. - In room massage and treatment is reasonable priced and comfortable. Very professional staff. - need to get taxi to the ubud center. When come into the town, takes 10 to 15 minutes. Coming back takes 25-30 minutes as there are one way road on the way back. Most important thing- I lost my diamond 18k gold bracelet and ask the Maha team to find this. They even turned the mattress and rug and finally “found” it!!!!!! Very much appreciate. I will definitely visit again.
Negative: - Front of the alley is quite narrow but Bali’s best drivers always made it. Toyota Innova or MPV can go through - pillow is quite high. For your reference. (I brought my own pillow fortunately) - there are mosquitoes and ants. Prepare medicines and repellent. - when there are clouds, you may think the kitchen and living room lights are not bright - it seems under 2500 lumen for the villa’s LDK layout - It would be much better if the villa has yoga mats - there are really good place (with roof) for outside morning yoga.
Summary: Excellent!!!!! Will visit again.
