Located on the edge of Vizinada with a beautiful panoramic view of Motovun and the greenery of Istria. The center of Porec is a 20-minute driving distance, while the beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches can be found in the tourist resort of Lanterna, about 17 km away. Near the house there are several wine and olive oil roads, as well as several famous wineries. For active and adventure fans there is also the Parenzana cycling / hiking trail nearby.
On a completely fenced plot of 850 m2 with a landscaped garden, this holiday home has a swimming pool of 33 m2, a covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture, deckchairs and a brick barbecue. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles are also located inside the yard, with bicycle storage room also available.
This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool covers a total of 168m2 living area, on two fully air-conditioned floors. Consists of a ground floor with a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a small toilet.
