5 Bedroom Villa in Zejtun, Ħal Tmiem

This is a newly built five bedroom semi detached villa strategically located between Marsascala and Zejtun and just five minutes away from the fishing village of Marsaxlokk.
The villa was recently constructed and finished to very high standards. It is located next to Villa Lyons and Villa Chossie.
The ground floor consists of a very spacious sitting/living room with a billiard table and again a large kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and deck area. The pool has an area of 50sqm and the pool area enjoys spectacular country views where one can enjoy memorable sunsets.
A parking for two cars is provided in the spacious front garden that leads to the villa. All bedrooms are located on upper floors all enjoying a spectacular view. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom enjoying country views as well as a separate airconditioning unit (coin operated - €10 Daily given free) and access to Wi-FI (FREE).
