Positive: Just as described, everything is beautifully covered in snow. The professional staff are well-trained, and the views are absolutely stunning, like a fairy tale – it's a dream come true!

Negative: Only the waiting times on the 1913 restaurant for dinner are so long we took about 3 hours only just main dishes and desserts. Hope it can improve it.
