Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Peaceful and wonderful location. Just steps to the beach. Family oriented. Easy drive to Destin. Not a lot of activity on this end.

Negative: Needs updated some cleaningup high- dust on wall by AC return. Sliding door is very hard to open. Barstools need tightened up. Only 1 kitchen towel provided no dish rag. Just a germ holding sponge. Could use some lights. Kinda dark. A fresh coat of paint with some lights and brighter color. It would be great.

Summary: Older condo, but steps to beach!
