RULES
+We only allow pets with approval ahead of time and with a pet fee. Maximum two.
+You must be over 30 to book.
+No parties. Only the people you list on your rental agreement will be allowed in the property at any time. Breaking this rule can result in immediate non-refundable eviction (per City of Big Bear Lake Ordinance. City Code Enforcement Officers will enforce our legal limit of 6 people including children and babies.)
+Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property (or you will forfeit your entire deposit). We can’t even tolerate people who smell like smoke due to severe allergies / migraines.
+No fires on the property whatsoever except those following the rules in the fireplace or firepit (do NOT burn trash, plastic or cardboard!) We live in a very high danger zone.
+You must follow the rules of the sauna for your own safety: no drugs or alcohol in the sauna (or you may pass out, no children or disabled or elderly people left unattended, do not touch the hot heating elements of the stove, do not splash water off the stove (which can burn people), do not fall asleep in the sauna. Do not use the sauna if you have any kind of condition including a heart condition that may make this unsafe for you.
+No cutting trees or plants (for instance no cutting back the hanging tree branches on the back deck ... we like them this way!)
+Do not take anything that doesn’t belong to you.
