You will have full private access to the entire property. This is a rambler home with two steps to the entry and two steps for the back room entertainment area. There are steps to the sport court but also a flat gravel path to the sport court and beach area.
Your safety and security is my top priority. Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time.

This spacious rambler features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths as well as a detached dry cottage with another queen bed. We have a 10 guest limit (includes all children and visitors)

This home features an attached suite with streaming TV, kitchenette, full bath with duel sinks and walk in shower as well as additional private bedroom with queen size bed.
All beds are luxury mattresses with the highest hotel quality linens. Each express individuality and create a peaceful nights sleep.
Fully connected Fiber Optic internet with speeds exceeding 400 mbps for all your streaming needs as well as a home office set up with desk and computer monitor for remote working possibilities.
Streaming tv's are also located in the primary suite and cottage.
Outdoors enjoy four kayaks (brand new 2 tandem and 2 singles), paddles and life jackets for your use as well as sports court gear for playing pickleball, shuffle board and other court sports. Firewood is available for the outdoor firepit (please respect local burn bans). Explore our private 100' low bank beach. (please stay on our property and do not wonder on neighboring beaches). Enjoy responsibly the Nordic Barrel Sauna and all of the health benefits from this experience.
Expansive deck with gas fireplace and covered patio off the primary suite makes for a wonderful conversation area and late night glass of wine. Enjoy a dip in the summer swim spa or settle into the Adirondack chairs beachside to hang out and enjoy the views.

Summer season we have a 5 night minimum, the rest of the year we hosts guests for a 2 night minimum.
As we are a shared beach community we have a NO PET policy and strict NO PARTYING policy.
Swim spa is closed October 1 through May 1. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No sport court usage during quiet time. Please respect all local burn bans for outdoor firepit.
Please do not bring inflatable slides, toys or pools
Please observe community rules regarding 20mph speed limit on the private community road.
Due to the septic system and county regulations, we have a strict 8 guest limit (includes all children and visitors).
Please smoke in designated area only (near dry cottage)
This is a NO SMOKING property ( includes cannabis and tobacco inside and exterior) No Judgement...but if this is important for your group this will not be a good fit.
Please no shellfish harvesting or crabbing from the beaches
This house is well suited for older children. Elevated decks, stairs, sea wall and water environment make it not well suited for small children.
