It is walkable to many restaurants, such as the famous Captain Andersons. Walk to Pontoon, jet ski rentals and dolphin tourist attractions. It's also near St. Andrews State Park and 1/2 mile to the sugar sand beaches. Enjoy a nice breeze off of the water on your large balcony with a gas grill. This unit is completely remodeled with coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided and 2 large flat screens with basic cable and ready to stream your favorites. The pool is just steps outside. 2nd story view, only accessed by stairs. Must be 25 to book.
