Positive: Very VERY Clean & organized. Everything you amenity you need. Great kitchen. Spacious with comfy beds. Lovely private backyard with hot tub & firepit. Conveniently located near shopping & just a short walk to the beach. Peaceful.
Negative: Silent hours outdoors after 7pm (even talking) which makes taking advantage of grilling & outdoor dining somewhat limited. We whispered with no complaints. Not sure if this may be a seasonal rule but something to consider if group/family.
