Summary: Overall the property is nice. We enjoyed the pool and house. House and pool was as pictured. I communicated with owner that we needed more blankets and sheets for the couch. He said he was going to come by to unlock the cabinet but he didn’t. We ended using jackets as blankets. We also needed extra towels for the pool. We didn’t get a chance to communicate that master bedroom bathroom door was broken at check in so I reported it the next evening when we got back to the house. We didn’t brake the door because it was already hard to open that evening when we used the bathroom. I gave him courtesy and reported it. He messaged me that we broke it and he would invoiced me or report me to VRBO. I then messaged him to call to discuss. He never called me back. So I figured I will put VRBO handle it from there. This made our experience upsetting while on vacation. I didn’t appreciate being accused of us braking something.
