Positive: Shower and toilet were clean. Towels were clean.

Negative: Kitchen was not very clean, air had mouldy smell in apartment and mattress of main bed is broken with springs nearly visible - need replacement right away, even the cheapest one would be better that existing. Sofa was squeaky and loud. Not the best experience for sure.

Summary: 30eur max price should be for this place.
