Negative: House requires a lot of maintenance: 2nd floor guest bathroom door does not lock, guest bedroom door does even close, guest bedroom patio door blinds donโ€™t operate at all, guest bathroom shower head is broken, tiles are missing, main bath tub hot water handle is broken, dishwasher doesnโ€™t properly clean dishes, walkway to entry door is not cleared from the snow, bbq was not available because of the snow. We removed snow by ourselves. They should provide extra toilet paper, paper towels. When we arrived temperature inside the house was 30 degrees and it took to midnight to heat the house a little bit. Itโ€™s not mandatory but would be better if they would provide cotton sheets instead of cheap synthetic sheets, which make light when you turn around in the bed.
