Access to this property requires crossing a creek bed. Although the creek does not always have water and is not an active creek, there is no bridge over the creek bed. You will have to cross the creek with your vehicle to access the property. We do experience water in the creek during and after heavy storms. At the deepest point where you will cross, we have seen the creek get up to about a foot of water. Please keep this in mind if you have a vehicle low to the ground.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
