The kitchen has stone bench tops, dishwasher and Bosch appliances. Basic provisions provided along with herb garden. Ducted RC/AC, ceiling fans, 2 BBQ,s and Nespresso coffee machine. Elevated front balcony view and spectacular outdoor entertaining area. Extensive gardens and lawn surrounding the home are beautiful all year round. The outdoor entertaining under the huge Golden elm alongside the vineyard is a fantastic setting for lunch or dinner. Table tennis table in the shearing shed with record player and old classics on vinyl. Woodlands has vineyards and bush walking trail on the property.
40 acres of vineyard and big gums, Woodlands is both very private and scenic. Space for exploring in the woodlands, and BBQ picnic area. A real country getaway with distant valley views from the rise.
Located in the Skillogalee Valley, a scenic area approx 800 metres walk from the Sevenhill Hotel, Little Red Grape café for breakfast or light lunch. Watervale General Store highly recommend for breakfast/coffee. Olive bus is unique, coffee and brunch. Cellar doors including Skiliogalee, Eldredge, Kilikanoon, Mitchell's, Sevenhill Cellars, Shut the Gate and Jeaneret are within 1-4 km. A trail and cycle riding mecca from the front gate in the one of the most beautiful parts of the Clare Valley. Hughes Park road is up there with prettiest part of Clare Valley. Riesling trail approx 1 .4km from property. The Clare Valley wilderness trail is approximately 400m from front gate to cross country walk over scenic hills and pristine properties.
