Summary: Overall the apt was as described. But the noise of the neighborhood and building was not good at all. Since you mention in the listing that there are noise restrictions, I would urge you to speak with whoever plays the constant repetitive bass beat music very loudly on weekends. It was very challenging to sleep. Also the apartment is not very soundproof. Otherwise it was fine.
