This recently renovated, fully furnished lake home is just steps from the shore of Lake Melissa. Bright & airy, welcoming & comfortable, it includes everything you need for a fabulous getaway - level lake lot, private dock, lake toys, canoe, peddle boat, kayaks, lakeside patio with soft seating & dining areas, gas grill & fire pit, Wifi, 46" smart TV, SONOS sound system + loads of games & books. For your safety and privacy we have live view outdoor cameras only. And we're only 1 mile from the public access boat boat landing!

A few house rules to make your stay relaxing & happy!
- Absolutely no smoking nor vaping. Fee will be assessed for noncompliance. - Large dogs allowed. No more than 2 per stay and breed to be pre-approved by owner. Nonrefundable pet cleaning FEE of $100 required. Small dogs considered with conditions - please inquire. NO cats.
- PLEASE keep pets off furniture, thank you!
- Cleaning of fish allowed only with renters' own utensils & materials. Filets MUST be wrapped in sealable plastic for storage in fridge/freezer. Remains MUST be disposed of properly and offsite. Fee will be assessed for noncompliance.
- We are on a septic system so please flush ONLY toilet paper & natural waste in the toilet. There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them! Fee may be assessed for noncompliance resulting in damage.
- Please properly dispose of - or take with you - all your trash that does not fit in outdoor trash bin. Fee will be assessed for excessive trash that does not fit in outdoor receptacle
- No overnight docking WITHOUT sea legs whatsoever. Fee will be assessed for any damage to dock (NOTE: We are 1 mile from public access boat landing on Lois Ln).
- Please respect our lovely neighbors who are also enjoying the lake :)
- Please inquire as to fees for extra guests, over 8.
- Please inquire as to fees for group events, commercial photography or filming.
- Complimentary use of kayaks, canoe & pedal boat included with rental. (Replacement cost of canoe is $2,000-$3,500, replacement cost of pedal boat is $1,000, replacement cost of kayaks is $200 each & paddles $100 each.).
