We are only 4 minutes (1.5 miles) to Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Opry Mills Mall, and restaurants. Only 18 minutes (11 miles) to the excitement of downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to the airport.

This spacious apartment is located on the first level of our home. Enjoy your Nashville visit in our completely private apartment. The apartment is separate from our living space. The only shared space is the yard. The apartment even has its own driveway and parking.
**We go beyond suggested Enhanced Cleaning Protocols. Our apartment is ventilated before and during cleaning, cleaned and sanitized using Lysol and Microban products, then goes through an extended wait time between reservations.

Before each guest arrival, outside areas are swept and blown off. The apartment is treated regularly to stop insects from coming inside. However, the occasional spider or fly could still visit inside. Finding these outside or inside the property is not a refundable condition. Here, in the suburbs mother nature is abundant. We are more than happy to assist with removal of any natural element if you reach out to us.
