Positive: The house itself is very nice brand new construction as it says and it's nicely set up.
Negative: As soon as I booked it, I got a message telling me there were cleaning fees which were not listed anywhere in the posting. When we arrived after the check in time we hadn't received instructions to get in and had to request them and wait. Once inside there are boxes saying to take off your shoes or put covers over your feet. I would have brought slippers if I knew that ahead of time. There were no wash rags to shower with, I had to go buy my own. There was laundry in both the washer and the dryer. The next day I get a message from the owners asking if their realtor can come show the place that day. We were here celebrating our anniversary without any children and they wanted to show the place. On our last night, we went to load our dirty dishes into the dishwasher just to find it was completely full, so we had to hand wash the dishes that we used, dry them and put them away. I don't enjoy going on vacation to do someone else's job, that I had to pay $150 for someone to do when we left, except I left it better than I found it. If you drink coffee take your own here they have a Keurig but only one kind of coffee for it. This is the first time I booked a home through booking that I wasn't happy with. These people are clearly new to this and it will take them time to be fully ready to be renting places this way, but they are on their way.
