There is a tub and and a separate shower in lower master. There are 4 full bathrooms. Stone gas fireplace in the living room, loft area for reading and entertaining upstairs, lower level bath is accessible with easy no step access to the shower. Free wifi, Free unlimited in and out of State Long Distance Calling - this is very important since many visitors to the county find that they have poor cell phone reception.
Please Note: This house is on a parcel of land that includes 190' linear feet Lake Michigan Sand Beach frontage. However, because of the trees and other buildings, there is just a partial water view. Guests have access to the beach but it is approx 50 meters (across the parking area and across the lawn) walking from the house. It is easy, quick access to the beach, but set back enough to have quiet and privacy from all of the beach activity. You can still hear the water at night from the house.
