Newly renovated .... Villa Bella boasts 4 beds, 4 baths, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and a host of verandas with stunning views . Despite it’s amazing position overlooking the neighbouring Cycladic islands including Paros and Santorini on one side and mountains on another, Villa Bella also offers the rare privilege of privacy, as a detached villa.
The extensive outside areas offer a rotisserie BBQ, sunset verandas, beautiful gardens, and quiet nooks and crannies for everyone and take shelter from the hot Greek sun under plentiful pergolas.
The main house includes an upstairs private suite with terrace and bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with large ensuite wet room and a further double room with ensuite bathroom, both with views of the sea and access onto the verandas. The fourth bedroom is a poolside studio with ensuite.
Marble floors and worktops, large american fridge/freezer, walk in pantry and an island that seats 8 in the kitchen. All rooms have 2.5 metre panoramic glass doors looking over the Aegean.
Villa Bella is created to adapt to your needs, with plenty of parking and wheelchair access to all areas (except first floor suite )
