The cozy living area features two ceiling fans, A/C a piano and styled with vintage art and photography. A luxe sectional, extra large swivel armchair and a daybed are ideal for lounging large families.

The dining table seats 8-10 people. The kitchen counter seats 3 people. The dining area’s panoramic window fills the room with natural light and offers breathtaking views of the Terrigal Bowl.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a double fridge with an ice maker and water filter, a separate bar fridge, extensive cookware, serving ware and a Nespresso machine.

OUTDOOR:

The outdoor setup includes a balcony off the upstairs living area with a lounge, bar seating, inbuilt BBQ and retractable shades to block out mosquitoes and the afternoon sun.

The front yard features an outdoor shower, inbuilt seating, outdoor projector and screen, stone fireplace and pizza oven.

The backyard features a large deck with seating, double swing chair and loungers, sandpit, hammock, inbuilt umbrella and a large tiered yard with extensive play equipment including a slide, swing, monkey bars and football goal.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself EXCEPT for the garage.
