- Electricity service has a separated cost, this way, you pay only for what you use and we keep low prices. The cost is $6 Mxn Pesos (Usd .30 cents) per kWh and it has to be paid in cash upon your check out. Thank you for helping us to take care of the environment!. Check-In / Check-Out: - Check-in time is from 3:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm & Check-out is from 7:00 Am to 11:00 Am. If you need to check-in before 3:00 Pm please ask for availability one day before your arrival (no extra fee if so) but if you check in after 9:00 Pm there's an additional fee of $200 Mxn Peso ($10 Usd) per hour/fraction. - This fee applies as well if you check-out after before 7:00 Am or after 11:00 Am (subject to availability), we can only guarantee it one day before your check-out and tehre is a fee of $200 Mxn Pesos ($10 Usd) per extra hour/fraction. Cleaning Services: - Full cleaning service available for an additional fee of $500 Mxn Pesos ($25 Usd). If you only need a change of linens, the fee is $200 Mxn Pesos ($10 Usd). - You have one basic cleaning service included for every 7 nights of stay (change of linens is not included, but you can request it for the $200 Mxn Pesos/$10 Usd fee). - Please request the cleaning services to your host, with at least a 24 hrs notice. - The cleaning fee that you paid once you booked is for the service that we must do after your check-out. - We're not a hotel or an owner renting their only property, we're a vacation rental company. Therefore, we provide basic cleaning supplies upon arrival. - Linen or towels with tough stains at the end of your stay, apply a fee of $60 Mxn Pesos ($3 Usd) per piece. Other Rules: - Noise levels should be reduced by 10 pm. - Parties or events are not allowed. - Don't smoke inside, please.
