This is one of our most popular condos to rent and for a good reason. It is located directly across from the Bear Valley Music Festival site; held annually for two weeks beginning the last week of July. This open floor-plan offers a bright kitchen with white appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, coffee maker, toaster, cooking essentials and utensils. Bar seating opens up to the dining area with seating for four and living room. The living room boasts a wood burning stove with a river rock wall, media niche, couch and a slider leading to the deck. The bathroom is located on the main level and offers a shower over tub and a separate vanity. The loft offers a king bed, two sleeping pads and many sunlit windows. Enjoy the sunset from the newly remodeled deck.
