Summary: Generally a nice home and relatively clean. Exterior patio and yard were recently mowed, grass clippings were left everywhere which required sweeping to avoid tracking into house. Folding top on hot tub was mickey moused together and didn't work well. Toilet seat on main level very loose. Again, house interior was clean and tidy.
