For the warm summer days when cracking the windows just aren't enough to let in the cool summer air in the evening, there are 2 Mini-Splits to provide air-conditioning (1 in the living room and the 2nd in the primary bedroom.) There is also a swamp cooler in the 2nd bedroom.

The large central kitchen, fully equipped with upscale tableware and cookware, comes complete with dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, large fridge and an abundance of counter space.
