Wir haben versucht Vieles zu erhalten was dieses Haus ausmacht!Die Holzböden wurden nach alter, skandinavischer Art geseift. Der komplette Dachstuhl demontiert, gebürstet und wieder aufgerichtet! Die beiden Treppen konnten erhalten werden, ebenso die Original- Terrazzo- Böden im Kellergeschoss, sowie die Türen! Durch Vergrößerung der Fensteröffnungen und Rückbau einiger Wände ist das Haus nun lichtdurchfluteter und großzügiger geworden! Wichtig für uns war der komplette Verzicht auf konventionelle Baustoffe. Wir haben bewusst auf Ökologie und Nachhaltigkeit gesetzt und nur mit Naturmaterialien, wie Holzweichfaserdämmung und eingefärbtem Lehmputz gearbeitet. Das komplette Haus wird durch Strahlungswärme der Flächenheizungen in Decken und Wänden mittels einer Wärmepumpe beheizt. Teilweise wurden alte Möbelstücke liebevoll aufgearbeitet und fanden wieder Einzug in das Haus!
