Welcome to my brand new, high-end furnished apartment in the vibrant downtown of Warsaw! featuring a table for four people, a fully equipped kitchen open to a bright living room, a cozy couch that can easily convert into a bed for two, a queen-size bed in both bedrooms, and a quality mattress. everything here is designed with a high level of attention to detail. welcoming and functional. you will not regret booking it!
this luxurious apartment includes a LIVING ROOM with a perfect space to relax, a very pleasant sofa bed which converts into another bed, a coffee table in front of the tv, as well as a small workspace with a desk and comfortable armchair. from there you have access to the BALCONY. two BEDROOMS with queen size beds (160x200) and a very comfortable mattress, in the DINING ROOM, is located big table for four to enjoy a meal together. in the fully equipped KITCHEN, you will find a coffee machine, a dishwasher, as well as ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli, coffee). the BATHROOM with the bathtub is neat and clean.
you can access every corner in this beautiful space - it's all yours!
PLEASE NOTE: if you need some extra beddings, take it from the wardrobe or sofa, but please let me know before you do :)

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping supplies are kept in one of the closets, use them only if you feel the need to vacuum or mop. If you need an extra blanket, towel, etc., feel free to take one, but please let me know before you do :)
although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary :) if you wish, we can meet for coffee or lunch! also, you are welcome to come and visit us at our extraordinary office space in a historical building where you normally would never enter.
this location is in the very center of the city at Grzybowska Street, in the immediate vicinity of European Square and the office center around Rondo Daszyลskiego. provides access to the full urban infrastructure. nearby, there are numerous office buildings and business centers located at Rondo Daszyลskiego โ Warsaw Spire and Rondo 1. opposite, there is one residential, service, and entertainment district โ Browary Warszawskie where you will find a food hall with lots of different types of food. excellent access to public transport, restaurants, shopping, and services nearby. in the passage on the ground floor of the building (accessible from the entrance hall) you can find catering and service points as well as a grocery store.
you're in the heart of the city. most places you will reach on foot. otherwise, you can hop on a bus, tramway, or metro, or get an Uber/taxi. however, we recommend a ride on a city bike or scooter.
