Positive: Andy was very helpful and amenable. We arrived later than planned and he came to meet us, carried our heavy suitcase upstairs and brought us a home-cooked meal when he found out we hadn't eaten. He was quick to respond to messages and answered all our questions throughout our stay.
Negative: Our stay was too short!
