Positive: The Bedroom was good and terrace was very very nice!
Negative: Location was in the middle of the village with tiny roads and difficult to get to with the car…so we walked when we arrived and we had a ride back with the handy man! Staff wasn’t so professional but some of them tried their best! Breakfast was really basic, but dinner was nice Lovely courtyard, but table were left dirty for too long after people left. But what I found really annoying was the excuse about the cleaner went back home because not well so the room wasn’t done the next morning, and when I complained saying that it was ridiculous as a booked a 4 star hotel, as stated on booking.com, they replied that last week they started the paperwork to change it into ‘Rooms to rent’ It should have being said about this from the beginning! I thought that the all experience was wrong the beginning to the end!
Summary: Do I want to go back there? I don’t think so, unless they change their approach to clients.
